Use of Services

 Misuse of the service including spam, abuse, or fraud, is prohibited.

Refund & Dispute Policy

All sales are final once work begins. Because Coffman Analytics Inc provides professional consulting, operational analysis, strategic support, and analytical support services, payments are generally non-refundable after work has started, preparation has begun, or deliverables have been provided.

Refunds may only be considered if services were not completed as materially described in the signed service agreement. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed based on the signed service agreement.

Clients should contact Coffman Analytics Inc directly regarding billing questions, refund requests, or payment disputes before initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms listed in the signed service agreement, invoice, or approved payment instructions provided by Coffman Analytics Inc.

Work begins after the required payment has been received and the service agreement has been signed. For services with multiple payments, the client is responsible for making each scheduled payment according to the approved payment schedule.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in delayed service delivery, paused work, or termination of services according to the signed service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation in writing before work begins. Once work has begun, services are considered initiated and payments are generally non-refundable.

If a client cancels after work has started, Coffman Analytics Inc may retain payment for work performed, preparation completed, administrative time, analysis, documentation, or other services already started or delivered.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the signed service agreement.
